We did. So we put on our shopping shoes and purchased products from 100 top retailers to compare the emails sent to us, as new customers, and the emails sent to non-purchasing subscribers over a 45-day period.
While we were very excited to get 100 new products delivered to our door, we were also really shocked to see the lack of personalization in the emails after our purchase.
