1. Overview

You’ve heard a lot about the power of predictive analytics and targeted product recommendations—and you already have plenty of data about your customers.
You know what they purchased, when they purchased, and how much they spent in your store. You may have a post-conversion marketing plan in place to nurture your relationship with your existing customers.
