Coherent Path Purchases RareLogic, Providing a New Suite of Apps to Simplify Email Campaign Management

Coherent Path has acquired RareLogic, an Ottawa-based company offering complementary apps and technology designed to help e-commerce businesses grow, sell, scale, and thrive.

The acquisition of RareLogic brings with it several pieces of complementary tech, including RareLogic’s suite of apps for predictive analytics, list verification, and customer segmentation, to name a few.

We see a lot of value in unifying the RareLogic and Coherent Path expertise and are committed to supporting RareLogic’s full host of apps.

RareLogic’s team will be joining the ranks at Coherent Path, which will also add an Ottawa branch to the growing email marketing firm. RareLogic’s Ottawa offices will join Coherent Path locations in Massachusetts and Toronto, serving clients and customers all over the world.

Because RareLogic has worked primarily with small-to-medium-sized businesses, the acquisition will add thousands of small business merchants to Coherent Path’s client portfolio. Coherent Path looks forward to gaining more customer feedback and further evolving their suite of products to meet both small and large company’s personalization needs.

Just as significant is the acquisition of the RareLogic team, led by CEO Rob Lane, who brings with him years of experience leading both start-up and Fortune 500 companies. Coherent Path plans to retain the team at RareLogic and incorporate their expertise and experience into the Coherent Path ecosystem, enabling them to offer an even more robust complement of solutions to their clients.

RareLogic apps have previously been available to small businesses through Shopify and Big Commerce, but the acquisition of RareLogic’s technology and team will allow Coherent Path to begin incorporating the same traits that RareLogic brought to the table into their existing email marketing solutions.

Coherent Path is excited to welcome RareLogic into the family, and the two enterprises are looking forward to serving a larger pool of customers with more exciting and dynamic email marketing and SaaS solutions in the years to come.
