Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team!

Reporting to our VP of Marketing, you will be an integral member of a small but mighty Marketing team. The primary role of the Content Marketing Manager is to produce compelling sales enablement content. The ideal candidate is a masterful storyteller who is enthusiastic about creating marketing campaigns to leverage those high-value, digestible content pieces. The right person will be an energetic individual who loves a challenge, enjoys working on building something meaningful, is self-motivated and eager to play a critical role in marketing and company growth.

What you’ll do:
  • Create and manage our content marketing strategy and calendar
  • Deliver sales enablement and thought leadership content that creates high value for our audiences, entices sharing, drives traffic, and attracts new links
  • Leverage and uphold Coherent Path's brand tone & voice, messaging and positioning in all formats of content (blog posts, case studies, inbound and outbound campaigns, web copy, sales and event collateral, articles and more)
  • Manage all social media channels and content
  • Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, and maintenance
  • Pitch in and help with all the other marketing initiatives as they come up and take precedent
What you should have:
  • 5+ years experience in multi-channel content creation, with a preference for a few years in Software/Technology marketing
  • Proven communication skills: excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. Able to explain technical concepts in a palatable, simple way
  • Experienced with story-telling using words, images, or audio, to create content that draws an audience in
  • Ability to create understandable and engaging graphics
  • Possess a high aptitude for diving in, taking ownership and picking up new things
  • Proactive self-starter who can multitask, prioritize, work quickly and efficiently
  • Flexible to respond to changing work activities on tight deadlines
  • General marketing savvy and awareness of the retail industry
  • Based in Toronto
